I'm so grateful to find John with Integrity I.T. & Computer Services so close to home. I wanted someone who could tell me whether I needed to purchase a new computer because of the problem I was experiencing or if it could be reasonably repaired. I'm fairly sure the place where I purchased the computer, would have encouraged me to replace it. John was very clear in explaining my options.
